What you will do

• Drive membership growth from acquisition through retention across all program tiers.
• Design community experiences including programming, events, coaching integrations, and peer cohort activation.
• Manage organizational operations, budgets, and partnership development.
• Represent hirify.global externally through media, speaking, and strategic relationships.
• Deliver revenue performance against membership and commission targets.
• Collaborate with six co-founders and board on strategy, governance, and scaling.

Requirements

• Executive coach with executive-level experience seeking to expand coaching platform.
• Deep passion for leadership development and track record in the field professionally or personally.
• Experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or organizational community building.
• Strong existing network of professional communities.
• Entrepreneurial experience building, selling, or launching something previously.
• Strong commercial instincts for owning revenue targets and driving growth.
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to operate autonomously.
• Comfort with equity-forward compensation at early-stage organization.
