What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals and negotiating contracts.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies in collaboration with global and local leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, retailers, and supply chain partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and strategic partnerships.
• Analyze customer portfolios to uncover growth potential and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand market reach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or client relationship development.
• Strong understanding of supply chains and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics365.
• Proven track record in client development and launching new services.
