What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions for high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product value and persuade prospects to purchase.
- Manage sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in related industry, with proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
