Inside Sales Executive: Drive specific operational and customer management activities/projects under KAD/KAM guidance with an accent on relationship management, value selling, forecasting, and credit management & collection. What you will do
- Lead operational or customer management activities/projects, mostly with key or strategic accounts
- Support forecasting by liaising with CSR and customers on demand projections, validating forecasts, and compiling info on new launches or SKU discontinuations
- Assist in value selling by collecting data for value arguments, preparing sales contracts, and following up implementation
- Help with relationship management by analyzing data for KA planning, setting up team meetings, and following up on RCS and EDCS processes
- Support credit management and collection by monitoring receivables, flagging issues, and following up actions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Analytical skills
- Process orientation
- Basic financial skills
