TL;DR

People Enablement Advisor (HR Operations): Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and operational processes with an accent on automation, compliance, and employee relations. Focus on optimizing HRIS workflows, implementing AI tools to reduce manual administration, and resolving first-line ER cases.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea)

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 / year

What you will do

  • Own the generation and accuracy of all people documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and variations.
  • Manage recruitment operations, including ATS maintenance, background checks, and Right to Work compliance.
  • Provide first-line Employee Relations (ER) advice to managers on policy, leave, and performance.
  • Coordinate logistics for performance cycles and support governance, audits, and handbook updates.
  • Identify manual administrative inefficiencies and implement AI tools or automation workflows.
  • Maintain 100% compliance in digital employee records and prepare "People Health" reports.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a fast-paced People team with a solid foundation in the employee lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to provide professional ER advice.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation delivery.
  • Must be based in or able to work from one of the UK Office Hubs (Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea).
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a drive to source and adopt innovative tools to improve HR processes.
