What you will do

• Support scripting, programming, and management of consumer research surveys and trackers like Work.Shop.Play and Audience Insider.
• Analyze survey and audience data using Excel and tools like TGI, Ad Intel to identify trends and key findings.
• Create insight dashboards with Datatile and build presentations with engaging narratives for commercial teams.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Commercial Insight team across multiple live projects.
• Contribute to research lifecycle from setup and quality control to analysis and insight delivery.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with data, spotting patterns and trends, with basic experience handling datasets.
• Strong analytical and insight skills to draw findings from multiple sources and connect them.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proactive with good time management to support multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills, grammar, and ability to explain findings clearly.

Nice to have

• Interest in research, data, or insight careers.
• Background in business, marketing, market research, statistics, economics, or data analytics.
• Experience with large or complex datasets.
