What you will do

• Oversee validation and analysis of meter read data for accuracy and compliance
• Manage and resolve meter read exceptions using root cause analysis
• Reconcile data against historical patterns and support AQ appeals
• Liaise with stakeholders to investigate and correct data issues
• Ensure processes align with regulations and support audits
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service on process improvements
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts through performance management

Requirements

• Experience in billing, data analysis, or supply point management in energy or regulated environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data insights
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
• Experience with large datasets and attention to detail
• Team leadership or coordination experience
• Effective communication of technical concepts

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools
