What you will do

• Execute trade compliance activities using documented playbooks, templates, and decision frameworks.
• Prepare and validate classification input packages, including technical product descriptions and documentation checks.
• Apply escalation rules and prepare authority-ready packages for novel or sensitive cases.
• Maintain complete and consistent documentation to support audit and recordkeeping requirements.
• Collaborate with the KL Operations Manager and Control Tower to ensure smooth handoffs and execution.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying unclear playbooks and opportunities for standardization.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in trade compliance, export control, customs operations, or technical operations.
• Strong ability to analyze and work with technical product documentation and specifications.
• High attention to detail and a structured working style.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, applied sciences, IT, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
