What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply chain flows, including goods, financial, and sourcing execution
• Define and govern supply chain policies, planning parameters, and priorities
• Lead cross-factory load alignment for monthly S&OP and quarterly planning cycles
• Resolve supply-demand mismatches and eliminate feasible sales gaps
• Manage inventory levels, obsolescence, and supplier performance
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in business administration preferred with focus on supply chain management
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain and project environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Ability to manage complex problems while overseeing the big picture
