Salary: $184,000–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the HR Partners platform, refining the vision and making critical prioritization calls.
• Collaborate deeply with engineering and design to shape AI-native solutions and agentic workflows.
• Drive discovery and validation with HR partners to synthesize feedback into clear requirements and success criteria.
• Define and track business outcomes, using data to inform iteration and future development.
• Design sophisticated AI experiences that ensure accuracy and compliance for HR-specific needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with platform or two-sided products.
• Proven AI product experience shipping assistants, copilots, or intelligent workflows.
• Experience with 0-to-1 building in ambiguous, greenfield environments.
• Technical fluency to discuss AI architecture and feasibility with engineering teams.
• Strong product craft with a track record of shipping products that move key business metrics.
• Must be based in New York, NY to meet hybrid office expectations.
