What you will do

• Perform precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators.
• Adjust and align components through shimming and mechanical adjustments based on blueprints.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment such as dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers to meet assembly requirements.
• Conduct test operations on mechanical and hydraulic actuators using specialized electronic and hydraulic test equipment.
• Diagnose common test failures and perform necessary rework to correct discrepancies.
• Document replaced parts and work performed using RUR and WDS systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of assembly experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electromechanical, or electronic systems.
• Professional experience within the Aerospace industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Must meet FAA's drug and alcohol testing program requirements.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
