What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for mobile engagement systems from discovery to handoff.
• Own engagement loop strategy including interaction design, motivation, and progression models.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design cross-generational experiences for shared family device use.
• Architect scalable systems like achievements, challenges, streaks, and rewards.
• Apply behavioral psychology for ethical, sustained engagement targeting retention metrics.
• Maintain Figma design system adhering to iOS HIG and Material Design.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, data scientists; use AI tools; conduct user research and QA support.

Requirements

• 6+ years in UX/Product Design with mobile consumer products portfolio
• 2+ years designing interactive/gamification systems in mobile apps
• Proven engagement/retention track record; strong portfolio in progression/motivation.
• Deep behavioral psychology knowledge; ethical design for youth/family.
• Expert Figma with scalable systems; iOS HIG/Material Design mastery.
• Native iOS/Android design experience; agile tools like JIRA/Notion.
• AI tools in workflows; startup/fast-paced comfort.
