Salary: USD 100,000 – 130,000

What you will do

• Translate business goals into UX flows, user stories, and detailed development specifications.
• Create information architecture, wireframes, interaction specs, and microcopy for various UI states and edge cases.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to de-risk delivery and refine detailed acceptance criteria.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to inform new UX concepts.
• Build prototypes (low-fi to high-fi) and present UX demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG-informed) and localization readiness across the product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX or Product Design delivering shipped products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem solving and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools with a focus on clear behavioral documentation.
• Excellent systems thinking and attention to detail across complex states.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating cross-functional decisions.
• Preference for candidates based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with 10-foot UI, TV, console, or OS-level design.
• Experience designing for family or multi-user contexts.
• Experience with localization and accessibility at scale.
