Senior Growth Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth for the EverHealth portfolio through inbound and outbound acquisition channels with an accent on funnel efficiency and scalable ARR impact. Focus on cross-funnel optimization, managing external performance agencies, and implementing structured A/B testing for outbound cadences.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada; role allows remote, hybrid, or onsite work, but requires semi-regular/monthly on-site attendance if based in Boston.

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Define and execute digital acquisition strategies across the EverHealth portfolio (DrChrono, CollaborateMD, Updox) to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Lead and manage external performance agencies across paid media, SEO, and organic strategies.
  • Own end-to-end inbound and outbound execution, establishing campaign architecture and message mapping by ICP segment.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across landing pages and website paths to reduce funnel friction.
  • Audit and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to refine lead scoring, routing logic, and outbound lead lists.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Health IT growth and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning multi-channel pipeline contribution and improving funnel conversion rates.
  • Experience managing external agencies for paid media, SEO, and analytics.
  • Expertise in behavioral analytics and landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Heap, Groove, Google Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush).
  • Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
