Location: Remote-friendly within the USA (with a San Francisco HQ)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end ROI analysis for assigned accounts, from data cleaning to QBR presentations.
  • Apply value measurement frameworks including E/M level improvement, HCC/RAF capture, and throughput.
  • Develop pre-sales pro forma models to ensure value assumptions are methodologically sound.
  • Maintain cross-customer value dashboards to flag anomalies and surface insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Care Transformation teams to create financial narratives for C-Suite audiences.
  • Document attribution logic for new value levers and methodology improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, or healthcare consulting.
  • Hands-on proficiency with SQL and experience manipulating large, messy healthcare datasets.
  • Experience at a health tech company, RCM vendor, or payer analytics team.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, including RevCycle, FFS reimbursement, and HCC/RAF mechanics.
  • Excellent written communication skills for documenting methodologies and executive reporting.
