What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end processing of service contract orders, balancing corporate policies with customer requirements.
- Provide high-level support to internal sales representatives and external customers regarding service levels, billing, and maintenance visits.
- Accurately enter and maintain service contracts and customer contact information across systems.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Sales channel and the Credit Department to facilitate smooth order processing.
- Ensure operational consistency and contract accuracy to meet service excellence goals.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in business administration are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle/EBS systems is an advantage.
