What you will do

• Process high-volume content-removal and user-data production requests from government entities globally.
• Execute and quality-control complex legal cases across multiple jurisdictions according to platform policies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, train, and refine AI agents for triage and compliance workflows.
• Curate high-quality training datasets and evaluation rubrics using real Legal Operations cases to enhance AI performance.
• Identify automation opportunities and build end-to-end workflows using automation tools.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for ambiguous or high-risk legal requests.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• 2+ years of professional experience in legal operations, trust & safety, content moderation, or e-discovery at a major tech or social media company.
• Demonstrated expertise in global content-removal processes and user-data production (subpoenas, MLATs, court orders).
• Proficiency in professional English with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong technical aptitude, including experience with prompt engineering or AI workflows.
• Ability to exercise autonomous judgment when dealing with limited or ambiguous data.

Nice to have

• Certifications or advanced training in copyright, privacy laws, child safety, or misinformation laws.
• Familiarity with AI workflows in a technical setting.
• Comfort with recording audio or video sessions for data collection.
