What you will do

• Follow up on Meta ad leads (forms, quizzes, surveys) to book in-person clinic appointments.
• Handle high-volume outbound calls and inbound callbacks while maintaining high conversation quality.
• Engage leads via phone, SMS, and video calls to progress them through the sales pipeline.
• Update lead status and manage CRM automation and AI-driven nurturing workflows.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve conversion targets and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting or sales, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone presence.
• Experience working with CRM systems and lead management workflows.
• Ability to handle objections and nurture hesitant leads toward commitment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Availability to work PST hours (Weekdays 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM or Weekends 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
