What you will do

• Develop and execute a rolling 6-week content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Produce and publish trend-driven short-form videos using Capcut to increase views and followers.
• Coordinate the influencer pipeline by managing outreach to 10 micro-influencers weekly and organizing on-site visits.
• Execute B2B outreach on LinkedIn to generate corporate event leads through profile optimization.
• Monitor social channels and respond to community interactions within 12–24 hours.
• Analyze performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports on sentiment and Share of Voice (SOV).

Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Proficiency in video editing using Capcut for social media and paid ads.
• Ability to maintain a detailed content calendar 6 weeks in advance.
• Experience in influencer/KOL research and campaign coordination.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Singapore Time.
• Hardware: Mac or Windows device with at least 32 GB of RAM.
