Business Intelligence Analyst (Sports)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to enable business insights.
• Build and update Power Query (M code) transformations for data preparation, cleaning, and validation.
• Write and maintain DAX measures to support complex reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate raw datasets into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Design intuitive UI/UX for dashboards to ensure clarity and usability for end users.
• Document data definitions, assumptions, and analytics processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, CA (minimum 3 days/week on-site).
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query (M), DAX, and dataset connections.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or a related function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to explain data and findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
