What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL to deliver actionable insights for digital lottery initiatives.
• Benchmark performance across multiple channels and platforms to identify and recommend growth areas.
• Analyze CRM bonus campaign performance and provide recommendations for new campaigns.
• Develop company reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI and SSRS.
• Elicit and document analytical requirements from stakeholders and collaborate with Product Owners.
• Monitor interactive market trends and innovations to keep the management team informed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data or business analytics focused on strategy, operations, and marketing.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and writing complex SQL queries.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Power BI reporting tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred.
