What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers transitioning to 's payroll services.
- Analyze customer payroll needs and configure the Global Payroll system on a per-legal-entity basis.
- Coordinate parallel payroll runs and reconcile wage-based taxes to ensure accuracy.
- Verify that payroll and tax set-ups are compliant with statutory regulations.
- Manage the Go-Live process and hand over accurate payroll data to the Operations team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform through UAT testing.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in global payroll implementation and statutory tax regulations.
- Technical expertise in local payroll software set-up and accounting reconciliations.
- Strong data management skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Location: Must be based in South America.
- Ability to work asynchronously in a MacBook Pro environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a fully environment.
- Working knowledge of Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of DACH region payroll software.
