What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers transitioning to hirify.global's payroll services.
• Analyze customer payroll needs and configure the Global Payroll system on a per-legal-entity basis.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and reconcile wage-based taxes to ensure accuracy.
• Verify that payroll and tax set-ups are compliant with statutory regulations.
• Manage the Go-Live process and hand over accurate payroll data to the Operations team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform through UAT testing.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in global payroll implementation and statutory tax regulations.
• Technical expertise in local payroll software set-up and accounting reconciliations.
• Strong data management skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Location: Must be based in South America.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a MacBook Pro environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fully hirify.global environment.
• Working knowledge of Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of DACH region payroll software.
