What you will do
- Act as the primary strategic advisor and liaison for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Proactively manage contract renewals to maintain high customer retention rates.
- Lead regular executive business reviews (EBRs) to provide performance insights and align roadmaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to drive product enhancements and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales.
- Professional background in SaaS, MSP, or IT services environments.
- Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving growth goals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills for engaging senior-level executives.
- Experience in building and executing comprehensive strategic account plans.
- Location: Must be based in Miami, FL
Nice to have
- Experience with IT management software or cybersecurity solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM and data analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
