Location: London, UK (Hybrid / WFH budget provided)
Salary: £102,500 – £127,500 OTE

What you will do
- Own consumption targets for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, driving platform usage into new teams and workloads.
- Build and maintain deep executive relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Platform.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to surface new contacts and align multi-team strategy around the platform.
- Design and deliver internal hackathons and discovery sessions to accelerate engineering adoption at scale.
- Guide organizational transformation by helping customers redesign developer workflows and tooling strategies.
- Orchestrate cross-functional resources including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support to remove blockers.
Requirements
- Commercial mindset with a proven track record of owning and meeting revenue or consumption targets.
- Technical confidence in modern frontend architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-native development.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments over long-term cycles.
- Expertise in running executive engagement programs (EBRs) that go beyond slide decks.
- Disciplined approach to portfolio management with a proactive engagement cadence.
