TL;DR

Sales Enablement Senior Associate (B2B SaaS): Design and deliver revenue enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams with an accent on instructional design, AI tools, and sales execution. Focus on coaching executives, improving pipeline progression, and reducing churn through scalable learning initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (8 days per month in the office). Applicants must be eligible to work and live in Poland.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver revenue enablement programs and learning initiatives to drive revenue and improve renewals for Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Apply instructional design principles and AI tools to create scalable, engaging learning experiences
  • Coach executives on sales execution, opportunity management, and account growth strategies
  • Support adoption of sales methodologies to enhance qualification, deal progression, and effectiveness
  • Develop initiatives for renewal management, expansion, and churn reduction
  • Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, customer success, or revenue enablement in a technology company
  • Experience building or implementing revenue enablement or learning programs
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and opportunity management
  • Familiarity with modern B2B sales methodologies
  • Experience using AI tools or technology for learning and enablement programs
  • Understanding of instructional design principles for adult learning
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Strong English required
