Principal System QA Engineer (Hardware/Firmware)

Principal System QA Engineer (C++/Firmware): Designing and executing validation plans for Custom Cloud and Multi-Market product lines with an accent on firmware features and system-level hardware validation. Salary: $154,680 - $231,700 per annum

What you will do

• Design comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Validate firmware features using virtual development kits, FPGAs, reference design boards, and customer platforms.
• Develop and implement automated test solutions for system-level validation.
• Communicate test planning and results directly with tier-1 customers.
• Support tier-1 customers in integrating test automation into their existing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related field with 10-15 years of experience (or Master's/PhD with 5-10 years).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably C/C++.
• Experience with ARM processors, CXL memory expansion, or NVMe storage accelerators.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Application Engineering (AE) or Field Application Engineering (FAE).
