What you will do

• Partner with systems, software, hardware, and algorithm engineers to translate requirements into robust test strategies for physiologic monitoring technologies.
• Develop test architecture, automation frameworks, instrumentation, simulators, and data analysis tools.
• Define and execute test strategies verifying functional, performance, reliability, and system-level requirements.
• Serve as technical authority for test systems, ensuring robustness, maintainability, and sustainability.
• Guide design-for-testability improvements and influence product architecture decisions.
• Analyze test data, identify failure modes, and provide insights to teams and leadership.
• Mentor engineers on test design, automation practices, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in designing and maintaining automated test systems for embedded, electromechanical, or software-driven products.
• Strong proficiency in test automation languages like Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C/C++.
• Experience with automated test frameworks such as Robot Framework or LabVIEW.
• Proven ability to define test architecture and strategies for complex products.
