What you will do

• Own and evolve the test automation strategy based on risk, ROI, and release impact.
• Define technical strategy and architecture for features supporting firmware quality initiatives.
• Ensure CI/CD test reliability, reduce flakiness, and provide fast, trusted feedback on code changes.
• Define and track quality, coverage, and speed metrics to support confident release decisions.
• Mentor engineers and instill a high-quality culture across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on software developer.
• Proficiency in at least one automation language (e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript).
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable automated test frameworks (E2E, integration, API).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience testing embedded systems.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
