Salary: $150,000 - $215,000

What you will do
- Own and evolve the test automation strategy based on risk, ROI, and release impact.
- Define technical strategy and architecture for features supporting firmware quality initiatives.
- Ensure CI/CD test reliability, reduce flakiness, and provide fast, trusted feedback on code changes.
- Define and track quality, coverage, and speed metrics to support confident release decisions.
- Mentor engineers and instill a high-quality culture across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a hands-on software developer.
- Proficiency in at least one automation language (e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript).
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable automated test frameworks (E2E, integration, API).
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience testing embedded systems.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA.
- Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
