What you will do

• Design advanced test methodologies to validate new products for functional completeness, performance, and system-level robustness.
• Develop, debug, and deploy automated test code in object-oriented environments for scalability and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional investigations using test results to resolve integration, interoperability, and performance issues across HW, FW, SW teams.
• Own deployment of validation tests from early development through factory release, with documentation and manufacturing support.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor on test strategy, review plans, and elevate engineering best practices.

Requirements

• BSEE or BSCE.
• 8+ years in hardware verification or product test engineering, focused on high-speed digital products and system validation.
• Advanced proficiency in object-oriented programming (C# preferred, Java, C++) for automation and test frameworks.
• Expert in lab troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and driving cross-functional teams through complex systems.
• Highly proficient with high-speed test equipment (oscilloscopes, BERTs); hirify.global ATE experience a plus.
• Extensive experience validating high-speed standards like PCIe Gen4+, including eye diagrams.
• Strong signal integrity analysis (jitter, loss, equalization, PAM4 measurements).
