What you will do

• Design and build investigative analytic workflows directly within GraphAware Hume in partnership with technical teams.
• Translate real-world intelligence questions into structured graph queries, visualizations, and repeatable analytical playbooks.
• Act as the primary voice of the intelligence user to distinguish between perceived needs and actual operational requirements.
• Validate system outputs against real-world operational scenarios to identify gaps in data representation or entity resolution.
• Drive platform adoption through hands-on engagement, mentoring, and high-impact training for users.
• Ensure technical development remains anchored to mission outcomes and that outputs are explainable and defensible.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret / SCI eligibility is required.
• 10+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis within the DoD, IC, or federal law enforcement environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting operational or mission-critical decision-making under time pressure.
• Proven ability to translate complex mission problems into structured technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of intelligence tradecraft, analytical reasoning, and multi-source data fusion.
• Experience working within Agile development cycles to deliver incremental mission value.

Nice to have

• Direct experience using or configuring the GraphAware Hume platform.
• Experience working in or alongside graph-based data environments such as Neo4j.
• Familiarity with data science concepts, including entity resolution and relationship extraction.
• Experience developing and delivering training curricula for intelligence software or platforms.
• Background in Design Thinking or Lean Startup methodologies.
