What you will do

• Act as a liaison between North American departments and the New York Commercial Legal team.
• Draft standard agreements, amendments, and NDAs using approved templates.
• Review contract mark-ups and assist with revisions in collaboration with legal and business teams.
• Coordinate with Risk, Tax, and London Legal departments to execute responsibilities.
• Create and update necessary agreement forms.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a corporate legal environment or sales business, preferably art-related.
• Strong communication and professional writing skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be based in New York, United States.
