What you will do

  • Drive best practices in data and information management across application and analytic platforms.
  • Establish and maintain an enterprise data catalog including data lineage and metric definitions.
  • Work with data producers and engineering to establish data contracts and quality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Accelerate the shift-left data governance framework regarding validation, storage, and access.
  • Collaborate with compliance and IT to implement data security and privacy controls.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of data experience at a health technology company.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with administrative, clinical, and patient outcome data.
  • Expertise in data governance practices, including cataloging, lineage, and quality management.
  • Bachelor's degree in health informatics, data analytics, or related areas.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional data projects in a scale-up environment.
