Salary: $62,000 – $99,900

What you will do

• Provide technical support for 160+ live radio broadcast studios, both on-site and remotely.
• Manage system operations logs and perform software/firmware updates for broadcast hardware, IT workstations, and servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across broadcast systems, data centers, and remote sites.
• Maintain virtual infrastructure (VMs), including virtual servers, workstations, and user desktops.
• Perform initial network troubleshooting and collaborate with Network Operations teams for escalation.
• Install, decommission, and configure broadcast equipment and systems.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of technical experience in broadcast or media content creation facilities.
• College degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military/industry experience.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work on-site for all shifts in a 24x7x365 broadcast facility (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS, and experience working within data center environments.
• Experience with incident ticketing and management using ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• CLI management and scripting experience.
• Knowledge of Evertz, Telos, LAWO, or other media encoding devices.
• Familiarity with satellite downlink operations and hardware support.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
