Sr. Network Engineer

TL;DR

Sr. Network Engineer: Define and implement NextGen global edge and campus network infrastructure with an accent on high-availability designs, advanced routing, and network security. Focus on leading initiatives, deriving requirements from stakeholders, and providing technical guidance to teams.

Location: Hybrid in Centennial, Colorado (minimum 3 days/week in office now, 4 days/week from January 5, 2026)

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Define and implement NextGen network infrastructure according to best practices.
• Gather requirements from partners and stakeholders to derive solutions.
• Lead network initiatives and document network/security requirements.
• Design high-availability networks with protocols like Dual-ISP, geo-diverse failover.
• Provide technical guidance to Operations & Technology teams.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for production network support.

Requirements

• 5+ years implementing, maintaining, supporting network firewalls, remote access, load balancers, routers, switches
• 3+ years leading network initiatives and deriving requirements
• Experience with high-availability designs and protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EVPN-VxLAN, MPLS)
• Advanced routing and switching expertise
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Participate in on-call rotation

Nice to have

• Cisco and/or Arista Networks experience
• Palo Alto Networks PCNSE/PCCSE or equivalent
• Understanding of network/cloud security concepts
