Salary: $117,000–$150,000 base

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts within a specified territory to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Establish and enhance strong relationships with CXO-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Apply consultative-selling techniques to align hirify.global's products, services, and solutions with client goals and challenges.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact and negotiation to closing and handover to Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and the Partner ecosystem to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, specifically Linux Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, Containers, AI, and Security.
  • Ability to apply enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari) for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in New York, USA.
