What you will do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Training and Learning Management.
- Build intuitive admin workflows for creating training programs, automating enrollment, and managing role-based learning.
- Design learner experiences that make training easy to find, complete, and track for employees.
- Connect learning workflows to core HRIS data and employee lifecycle events, such as onboarding and job changes.
- Enhance reporting and compliance foundations for certifications and audit trails.
- Partner with Engineering and Product Design to translate customer needs into scalable requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
- Domain fluency in learning management, HR, or operational workflows.
- Experience balancing complex administrative tools with intuitive end-user interfaces.
- Strong product craft in systems-rich environments involving permissions, automation, and integrations.
- Analytical mindset using data and research to prioritize opportunities and measure outcomes.
- Must be based in Utah for regular in-office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience building with AI coding agents.
- Previous experience specifically within the HR tech domain.
- History of shipping products that connect operational data to actions like reminders and approvals.
- Experience improving compliance visibility and audit-readiness.
