What you will do

• Act as the primary product owner for the AWS internal cloud platform, defining and prioritizing the strategic roadmap.
• Lead and develop a lean, high-performing team of SREs, Architects, and Security Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with the CISO and executive security stakeholders to ensure automated guardrails meet enterprise compliance standards.
• Manage cloud economics and FinOps, integrating cost-estimation directly into the Pull Request process.
• Oversee the strategic integration of AI Agents and LLMs into GitOps workflows to automate infrastructure analysis and approvals.
• Maintain an operational culture of "No Ticket-Ops" and "Shift-Left" security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of AWS Cloud Infrastructure experience with 3+ years of direct people management.
• Deep expertise in AWS Multi-Account Strategy, including Organizations, Control Tower, and SCPs.
• Expert proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Proven experience operating an Enterprise Landing Zone or internal developer platform at scale.
• Strong understanding of AWS networking (VPC, PrivateLink, Transit Gateway) and secrets management.
• Track record of designing mission-critical services with 99.999% uptime and active-active regional architectures.

Nice to have

• AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect Professional or Security Specialty.
• Experience implementing automated "vending machine" solutions for secure cloud provisioning.
• Background in heavily regulated environments (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, SOC 2, SOX).
• Familiarity with using LLMs and AI Agents to automate security audits or operational runbooks.
