What you will do
- Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles from scoping and calibration through to offer and close.
- Partner with senior business leaders to define hiring strategies and translate priorities into actionable talent plans.
- Execute data-informed sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber and diverse talent in competitive markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers to drive alignment and maintain a consistently high hiring bar.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects company values and mission.
- Collaborate with People, Legal, and Compensation teams to ensure global consistency, fairness, and compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at high-growth or high-bar environments.
- Proven track record of hiring for GTM functions such as Sales, Technical Success, RevOps, and Partnerships.
- Strong talent judgment with the ability to assess both experience and potential.
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
- Expertise in building pipelines from scratch in competitive or emerging talent markets.
- Experience with modern recruiting tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
