What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify success signals.
  • Collaborate with GTM Sourcers to execute strategic sourcing plays, market mapping, and talent pool building.
  • Manage candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency and high-touch experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Represent the company brand and values in all external interactions with candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, ideally ~3+ years in high-growth technology environments.
  • Track record of closing high-caliber talent for quota-carrying sales and revenue roles.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, complex roles with multiple priorities while maintaining quality and urgency.
  • Strong partnership skills to influence hiring leaders through clarity and operational rigor.
  • Exceptional communication skills for crafting compelling role narratives.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, remote-first environments across different time zones.

Nice to have

  • Regional specialization or experience recruiting in APAC and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) markets.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
  • Data fluency and an analytics mindset for tracking and improving recruiting metrics.
  • A builder's mindset to iterate and refine GTM hiring playbooks.
