What you will do
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Partner with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify success signals.
- Collaborate with GTM Sourcers to execute strategic sourcing plays, market mapping, and talent pool building.
- Manage candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency and high-touch experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Represent the company brand and values in all external interactions with candidates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, ideally ~3+ years in high-growth technology environments.
- Track record of closing high-caliber talent for quota-carrying sales and revenue roles.
- Ability to manage high-volume, complex roles with multiple priorities while maintaining quality and urgency.
- Strong partnership skills to influence hiring leaders through clarity and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication skills for crafting compelling role narratives.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, remote-first environments across different time zones.
Nice to have
- Regional specialization or experience recruiting in APAC and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) markets.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Data fluency and an analytics mindset for tracking and improving recruiting metrics.
- A builder's mindset to iterate and refine GTM hiring playbooks.
