What you will do

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and business roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract senior-level and specialized GTM talent.
• Effectively engage, screen, and close top-tier talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience and high-touch relationship management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM and business roles in high-growth or mid-stage startup environments.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM org structures and roles.
• Ability to craft strong value propositions across Sales, GTM, and technical roles.
• Collaborative and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Highly execution-oriented, with excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skills.
