Salary: $50,000 – $62,500 + Equity, Commission, and Bonuses

What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional service to policyholders via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Manage renewals and identify at-risk accounts to prevent cancellations and reduce churn.
  • Drive revenue through consultative selling, quoting, and binding additional lines of coverage.
  • Analyze insurance policies, endorsements, and reports to make compliant decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Training, and Operations teams for seamless customer handoffs.
  • Utilize CRM tools and carrier portals for major insurers like Progressive, Geico, and Safeco.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in service, retention, or sales support.
  • Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states.
  • Proven track record in business rewriting and cross-selling insurance products.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple carrier systems and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day per week and at least one closing shift (12 PM - 9 PM ET).
