What you will do

• Lead the discovery and harmonization of disparate first- and third-party data sets into a single source of truth for reporting.
• Identify business user needs and define complex problems to develop creative, value-driven B2B data solutions.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle, including roadmap creation and the definition of technical integration specifications.
• Partner with marketing and business development to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product performance data to drive continuous infrastructure and product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience developing B2B data products within the healthcare or life sciences industries.
• Expertise in product development methodologies with a focus on scalable frameworks for data harmonization and automated reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to drive results and communicate effectively within a matrixed environment.
