What you will do

• Lead and manage technical integration projects for operators and partners from onboarding to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for external partners during the integration process.
• Execute system integrations involving APIs, platforms, and specific configurations.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting of technical issues and coordinate internal resolution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for products and integration procedures.

Requirements

• Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or 3+ years of equivalent IT experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in project management or technical integrations.
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system integration processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Philadelphia, United States.
