What you will do

• Execute provide/alter/cease tasks using internal systems to meet KPI, cycle time, and delivery targets.
• Create resilient and cost-effective designs by optimizing existing assets and capacity.
• Champion and improve automated tools to reduce manual touch time and fallouts.
• Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Manage the delivery lifecycle of planned jobs, ensuring prompt action on engineering activities.
• Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and suppliers to maintain high professional service levels.

Requirements

• Knowledge of network infrastructures.
• Ability to strictly follow established working practices, process documents, and job instructions.
• Experience acting as a subject matter expert for assigned projects.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
