What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of surveyors, including recruitment and performance management.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to surveyors and site personnel on complex issues.
• Create, review, and monitor surveillance plans and develop technical guidance notes.
• Prepare quotations and manage commercial aspects of contracts for external clients.
• Review and provide feedback on project technical specifications to the PM team.
• Review Inspection Release Note documentation packs prepared by Lead Surveyors.

Requirements

• Proven experience and understanding of conformity assessments.
• Knowledge of RCC-M Codes, ASME, and NPE / PED Policies.
• Technical experience with materials, welding, and NDE.
• Demonstrated line management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in presenting technical opinions to clients.
• Must be located in or able to work from Birmingham, UK
