What you will do

• Architect and implement large-scale AI/ML systems including NLP, Generative AI, and agentic frameworks.
• Develop production-grade model training, evaluation, and monitoring workflows for scalable deployment.
• Build automated data processing frameworks for ingestion, cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Lead major AI-driven projects in collaboration with engineering, product, and UX teams.
• Provide technical mentorship to data scientists and ML engineers to elevate engineering excellence.
• Conduct applied research on LLM adaptation, prompting strategies, and vector search/RAG.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, ML, Statistics, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience developing ML, deep learning, or GenAI systems in production environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex AI/ML initiatives from research to deployment.
• Strong software engineering skills with experience in distributed systems and MLOps workflows.
• Ability to mentor technical contributors and influence decision-making with business-oriented insights.
• Must be based in or able to work from the AI development hub in Dublin, Ireland.
