What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and ownership for major projects within Jump’s HPC infrastructure.
• Oversee the successful implementation of new compute, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Support and troubleshoot high-performance networks, including InfiniBand and Ethernet technology.
• Apply a DevOps approach and automation to improve network management and maintenance efficiency.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to scale and innovate trading infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with networking concepts, configuration, and troubleshooting (CCNA or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Linux command line and basic system troubleshooting.
• Programming experience, specifically with Python.
• Experience with open-source configuration management systems such as Puppet.
• Knowledge of data center planning, including space, power, and structured cabling.
