What you will do

• Define and own multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Platform Solutions, balancing customer needs, regulations, and business goals.
• Act as Product Owner for development teams, managing epics, backlogs, and execution to maximize value delivery.
• Lead market discovery, competitive analysis, and incubation of new data products and capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, compliance, and go-to-market teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
• Support sales, marketing, and executive engagements with presentations and strategy input.
• Mentor Product Managers and elevate product practices organization-wide.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including enterprise-scale platforms or data products.
• Experience owning both product strategy and delivery execution.
• Healthcare technology experience required, including data governance, compliance, and interoperability.
• Demonstrated expertise in data-as-a-product principles within platform architectures.
• Experience in scaled Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe).
• Able to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with data platforms like Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, or MongoDB.
• Experience as trusted advisor to executive leadership.
