Salary: $65K – $100K (OTE starting at $88,000)

What you will do
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term customers using consultative sales techniques.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with underwriters and customer service for smooth policy issuance.
- Simplify complex insurance coverage details for homeowners to ensure they are properly protected.
Requirements
- Active P&C insurance license in current state of residence.
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Must reside and work full-time in one of the 30 listed US states.
- Proven track record of closing sales and hitting targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and multi-platform telephone software.
- Availability for Monday-Friday shifts (CST) and rotating Saturday shifts.
Nice to have
- Licensed in California.
- Surplus Lines License.
