TL;DR

Marketing Coordinator (Events & Digital): Turn real-world event interactions into pipeline through gifting, content, and campaign execution with an accent on high-volume events, outbound sales support, and performance tracking. Focus on managing event logistics, optimizing paid media campaigns, and creating engaging social assets.

Location: Fully remote from USA (Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah) or Canada (Ontario, Quebec)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end gifting strategy pre- and post-event to create memorable moments converting interest to demos
  • Support high-volume events program (~100/year), ensuring smooth execution and strong follow-up
  • Partner with outbound sales on pre- and post-event communications to drive engagement and pipeline
  • Manage multiple event projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Assist in setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid social campaigns and Google Ads
  • Create engaging social content (Reels, carousels) from client and event assets
  • Design quick-turnaround digital assets using Canva aligned with brand guidelines
  • Track campaign and event performance, using data for insights and improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing, ideally fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with strong ownership
  • Strong communicator collaborating with sales, marketing, global teams
  • Experience managing professional social media and basic Meta Ads Manager
  • Proficient in Canva or similar, good eye for on-brand content
  • Data-informed, understanding metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate
